In 2011, I graduated with a diploma in Outdoor Recreation Management from Capilano University in North Vancouver. After graduation, I worked in the tourism, hospitality and restaurant industry in Halifax, Nova Scotia and Whistler, British Columbia.

In 2019, I left my restaurant job after 6 years due to a broke my leg (that led into COVID...). I received little to no recovery plan from my conventional doctor. So I visited my naturopathic doctor, who treated my mind, body and soul, which included my plan to get back to work. I told her I wanted to become a social media manager and she said
I need that.

She became my first client! And my love for helping others only got stronger.
Since, I have worked with more naturopathic doctors, therapists, life coaches and charitable associations. And my techniques and strategies can lend themselves to many industries.
